Shipping

We ship from Wisconsin, USA direct to you. Most orders are packed for shipping in 1-2 business days. We ship most orders via USPS. Over-weight or over-sized items may ship via FedEx or UPS Ground services. All tracking information will come direct to the email you entered at checkout - or log into your account to check on the progress!

Flat Rate Shipping Charge for the US, with options for Priority shipping.

Canada and International: starting at $20 (restrictions apply)
US Military addresses: please use USA as your country code and you will qualify for US shipping rates.

Oversized items and select brands ship to continental US only.
Grapat, Raduga Grez, Safari LTD, and PlusPlus ship to USA end addresses only.
Maileg ships to the United States and Canada, excluding Pennsylvania and Ohio

Drop Shipped Items

Some items are just too big to keep on hand!
Items shipped direct from the makers (drop shipped) will be noted in the product description. While most ship fast, please allow up to two weeks for delivery of drop shipped items.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Biddle and Bop is not responsible for orders that are placed with an incorrect shipping address. If you notice an error please let us know and we will work with you for the best resolution wherever possible. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship for actual cost of shipping - please note this is likely more than the original shipping cost as we charge a flat rate and not full shipping costs.

Lost or Missing Shipments

We strongly encourage you to purchase the Route Shipping Insurance offered at checkout. They will work to keep both of us covered in the event (almost) anything happens with your shipment. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged shipping once the items leave our hands - shipping insurance is your only insurance against lost, theft, damage, or extended delays.
