Returns and Exchanges
We care - if something isn't working out, please let us know. We'll do our best to set things right. Returns and exchanges are offered during the first 30 days only, so please be timely! You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not refund original or return ship costs.
Sale items are final sale. All final sale items regardless of price are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Facemasks, neck scarves, and any item that covers the mouth are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Check it first - before handing things off to kids, throwing them in the wash, or using your products, please give them a good looking over, and let us know right away if there are any issues. We cannot offer returns or exchanges on used items.

Biddle and Bop offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all unused items which are still in the original packaging with all tags attached, with the exception of final sale items. To qualify for a full refund the item must be returned to Biddle and Bop within 30 days of the purchase, in original condition, in their packaging, with tags attached. Please try on your items a clean space, we will check items carefully before refunding and cannot offer a refund on damaged, dirty, or items with obvious signs of wear.
If your item qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping costs (a minimum of $4) will be taken out of your refund as the original shipping cost is non refundable.
Items returned in less than original condition may be accepted at our option, but will occur a 30% restocking fee.
Due to the costs of international transit, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on international orders. Biddle and Bop is not responsible for duties, fees, taxes, or other costs incurred by importing. Refusing duties will not return the package to us, and if refused, no refund will be issued.
Please note that waterproofness does fade over time and that “waterproof” has varying levels - find these levels in the product description whenever an item has a rating. Our rainsuits feature taped seams to enhance waterproofness. Items not labeled as "waders" are not designed for wading.
Gloves, mittens, socks, and elastics at the bottom of pants can take considerable abuse during normal active wear, this is typically not a manufacturing issue. Plastic buckles will break if stepped on or caught in doors, we encourage our children to leave their buckles buckled to help avoid stepping on pieces.
Our clothing is created with various techniques which may result in unique markings or white/blank spots showing through, these small marks are a natural part of the process and will not be considered defects. Printed fabric is best washed inside out on cool or warm, but we cannot guarantee against fading.

Please examine all items before using or washing. If there is a problem with an item, please let us know right away so we can help make things right.
No refunds will be issued until the item(s) have been received and examined by us. You are responsible for return shipping. In the case of manufacturer defects return shipping will be refunded, so please keep a copy of your shipping receipt.
Late returns (post 30days) or unapproved returns will be donated without further contact, and no refund will be given. Returns that are not approved will be followed with an email to your listed email address giving you the option to purchase return postage or donate. If you do not list an email address or do not respond within 4 business days, your items will be donated.
