Our Prevention Policy for COVID-19

As the situation for COVID-19 evolves day to day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our customers, and our community, and our Biddle and Bop family.
We are currently running all product handling and shipping at a remote location with a single employee (aka the boss), and all precautions are taken with regular hand washing, hand sanitizing, and work area cleaning. We practice social distancing and wear masks in our warehouse and while shipping or delivering orders as currently ordered by the NJ Governor.
We are offering new options for returns to help avoid your need to visit a post office or mailing facility. While we receive very few returns, any incoming returns are quarantined for a minimum of 7 days before returning to stock.
Currently, USPS shipping is experiencing delays, and tracking may not update before your order arrives and is checked as delivered. We cannot help with shipping updates beyond what you can see with your tracking number, however, if your order is over 4 days beyond expected delivery, please reach out and we will check directly with our fantastic local postmaster.
