Refund policy

Biddle and Bop offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all unused items which are still in the original packaging with all tags attached. To qualify for a full refund the item must be returned to Biddle and Bop within 30 days of the purchase, in original condition, in their packaging, with tags attached. Please try on footwear and gear in a clean space, we will check items carefully before refunding and cannot offer a refund on damaged, dirty, or items with obvious signs of wear.

All facial coverings or items worn near the mouth such as balaclavas, tube scarves, face masks, and scarves are not eligible for return.
All sale items are always final sale - if the original price is marked down, it is a sale item.

Please examine all items before using or washing. If there is a problem with an item, please let us know right away so we can help make things right. We cannot offer returns or warranty on damage caused by washing. Please take extra care with outerwear, waterproof items, and wool. For best life and brightness of our organic cotton clothing, do not use detergent with optical brighteners and line dry out of direct sunlight. Modern washing machines can easily damage items even on gentle cycle. Elastics, wool, and waterproof fabrics damaged by machine laundering cannot be replaced or refunded, regardless if it is the first time they have been washed.

No refunds will be issued until the item(s) have been received and examined by us.
